The world along the tracks – through the seasons
Since 2021, the EU Year of Rail, I have been working on documenting all of Europe from the train. While in recent years the calendars have featured motifs from as many countries as possible, this year the focus is “close to home”. The 2025 calendar features German landscapes throughout the year, from the wintry Murnauer Moos to the light-flooded bushes at the foot of the Black Forest.
This year, the texts on the back of the calendar are in German. The minimalist calendar marks national holidays and Sundays. The design is so reduced because I keep getting feedback from customers that they leave the calendar with their favourite motif up after the year is over—a big label with the month and days of the week would be distracting. Maybe your favourite is here, too, and can decorate your home for more than a month.
I would be delighted!
